Posición Project Manager Lr

Ubicación: Nuevo Leon, México

Esquema: Híbrido Monterrey. 2 días home office.

Tipo de contrato: Indeterminado

Horario: Lunes a Viernes.

Idioma: Inglés avanzado conversacional: B2, C1, C2, Nativo

Escolaridad: Carrera computación, sistemas o afín

Experiencia mínima: +7 años

Requisitos:

Experiencia mínima de 7 años en adelante en la gestión de equipos de ciberseguridad, incluyendo gestión de controles de seguridad IT y soluciones en infraestructura, cloud y sistemas on-premise.

Tareas a desarrollar:

  • Supervisar equipos de trabajo y garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
  • Mantener indicadores clave de rendimiento de los controles de seguridad para asegurar su eficacia.
  • Preparar y responder a auditorías de seguridad, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas establecidas.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos para proyectos y tareas especiales.
  • Mantener y actualizar los sistemas de seguridad existentes para garantizar su eficacia y funcionalidad.
  • Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar proyectos de ciberseguridad IT/OT hasta su cierre, asegurando que se cumplan los entregables, tiempos y presupuestos establecidos.
  • Mantener una relación de comunicación y atención a clientes.

Conocimientos técnicos requeridos:

Para el entendimiento de los procesos

  • Conocimientos de Seguridad SAP ECC (BC, HR, PM, MM, FICO).
  • Rise. Experiencia en Cloud, principalmente Azure
  • Conocimientos de Seguridad S4/HANA/ Fiori/ Success Factors.
  • Conocimientos de Seguridad Cyberark.
  • Gestión de herramientas de Ciclo de Vida Solman/ Azure Devops.
  • Evaluación y seguimiento de la remediación de vulnerabilidades.
  • Seguridad de red, infraestructura de TI. Conocimientos generales de redes.
  • Conocimientos de sistema operativos Linux/Unix/Windows.
  • Conocimientos de administración y gestión de aplicaciones de infraestructura Microsoft .
  • Conocimientos de Sistemas Operativos: Windows, Linux, Active Directory, LDAP.
  • Conocimientos de Exchange, Office 365.
  • Conocimientos de Office Avanzado.

Deseable:

Conocimientos básicos de base de datos: SQL Server, Oracle, Access.

Conocimientos básicos de programación: ABAP, ASP, HTML, Visual Script, Java Script, PowerShell.

Experiencia con Data center.

Experiencia liderando +20 personas
