Job Title: Dynamic Marketing Specialist (Remote - Any Region in Mexico) and office work (VA) experienced individual.

Location: Remote work for a U.S.-based team (Must be familiar or oriented with Southern California's local marketing systems. Best if familiar with marketing in Texas Real State/property management field). The rate in American dollars is $600.00 to start.

We are a diverse Southern California-based business group operating in medical/general transcription, language interpretation (face-to-face and phone), and short-term residential rentals. Our mission is to expand our reach and efficiency across all sectors. We need a skilled marketing professional to drive growth to our US businesses with U.S. standards. The applicant must be available to assist in office related duties for the same business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing & Growth:
  • Manage and create social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.) and short-term rental listings (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc. in Texas) to boost visibility and bookings.
  • Create engaging content tailored to medical transcription and interpretation services (in California) and vacation rentals (in Texas).
  • Run targeted ad campaigns to attract clients (healthcare providers, interpreters, travelers).
  • Compliance & Operations:
  • Ensure compliance with permits, inspections, and local regulations for rental properties.
  • Maintain organized records for all business operations.
  • Able to communicate dynamically, professional with a clear English in writing, reading and verbal with doctors, clinic staff and general communication.
  • Market Research:
  • Analyze Southern California's market trends for healthcare and interpretation demands and in Texas for the property rental business expansion.
  • Adapt strategies to meet cultural and regional preferences.

Requirements:

  • Excellent and Dynamic English Communication: Fluent in written and verbal English with minimal accent.
  • Medical Background: Prior experience or education in healthcare (for transcription/interpretation alignment).
  • Equipment: Must have your own computer and high speed internet.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of Southern California's demographics, rental laws (In Texas), and healthcare needs in California.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in social media management, Airbnb/Vrbo platforms, and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe). Must be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to handle paperwork, deadlines, and compliance tasks efficiently.
  • Shift: The shift will be from around 9 am to 6 pm PST.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in property management or short-term rentals.
  • Experience in medical transcription.
  • Multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, or Korean) to support interpretation services.
  • Familiarity with Texas's permit processes for rentals.
