Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Technician based in Ciudad Obregón, SON. The Installation Technician will be responsible for installing and maintaining equipment and systems, performing cabling and wiring tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and communication. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards will be essential in this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset to ensure excellent service and satisfaction
• Proficiency in cabling and related installation tasks
• Customer service experience with a focus on delivering solutions in a professional manner
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
• Technical certifications or relevant training in installation or related fields is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a technical degree is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Ciudad Obregón, SON, with a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
