FAULHABER has been producing and distributing drive solutions in Switzerland for more than 60 years. In June 2023, the four subsidiaries in Switzerland merged into a single company under the new name Faulhaber SA. The headquarters are located in Croglio, Ticino, where Faulhaber initially founded its first Swiss location in 1962.

The site in Croglio, located close to the Italian border, is covering an area of around 6600 m² and employs more than 300 people who develop and produce a broad spectrum of motor, gearhead and linear drive technology that form part of the extensive range of FAULHABER products.

Scopo del ruolo:

Assicurare l'industrializzazione dei nuovi prodotti fungendo da ponte tra R&D e Produzione, considerando al contempo le esigenze dei Product Manager e del reparto Qualità.

Responsabilità:

  • Coordinare i Team di progetto di Industrial Engineering e partecipare attivamente a gruppi interdisciplinari, interfunzionali e internazionali con focus sull'industrializzazione del prodotto.
  • Definire, specificare e implementare i processi produttivi, ottimizzando costi e tempi di implementazione.
  • Coordinare e collaborare con partner interni ed esterni per lo sviluppo e l'implementazione dei processi.
  • Redigere la documentazione tecnica di qualificazione e montaggio.
  • Valutare le richieste di nuovi prodotti in termini di producibilità (fattibilità tecnica, rischi di scarto, costi, rischi per salute e ambiente, volumi necessari).
  • Sviluppare concetti produttivi e pianificare le linee di produzione, tenendo conto delle specificità delle diverse sedi aziendali.
  • Eseguire e supportare le fasi di ramp-up dei nuovi prodotti.
  • Collaborare strettamente con i reparti di sviluppo prodotto, produzione e qualità.
Profilo:

Requisiti tecnici:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Meccatronica.
  • Almeno due anni di esperienza pregressa in ambito Industrial Engineering.
  • Esperienza o studi in automazione costituiscono requisito preferenziale.
  • Solida conoscenza degli strumenti di project management.
  • Abitudine a lavorare secondo processi standardizzati, con orientamento al miglioramento continuo.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

  • Elevata motivazione, capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e rispetto di tempi e budget.
  • Spiccate doti di collaborazione, sia all'interno del reparto sia nei team di progetto.
  • Flessibilità e capacità di gestire contemporaneamente più progetti e variazioni di priorità.
