Director Digital

1. Propósito General del Puesto

-Liderar la gestión estratégica, técnica y operativa de los proyectos de gobierno digital a su cargo,

garantizando definiciones robustas de requerimientos, la coordinación efectiva de equipos, la

interacción con dependencias federales de alto nivel y la administración profesional de riesgos.

-Asegura el cumplimiento puntual de objetivos, estándares y cronogramas institucionales y actúa

como mano derecha del Coordinador de Área, apoyando activamente en la toma de decisiones y la

supervisión integral de iniciativas.

Conocimientos y Competencias Clave

  • Gestión de Proyectos Avanzada: Aplicación de metodologías PMBOK, Agile y modelos híbridos para proyectos complejos.
  • PMO Governance: Administración de portafolios, modelos de control, estandarización de procesos y aseguramiento de calidad.
  • Arquitectura de Soluciones: Diseño de integraciones, APIs e interoperabilidad entre sistemas digitales gubernamentales.
  • Modelado de Procesos: Dominio de BPMN y conocimientos básicos de TOGAF para estructuración de procesos y reglas de negocio.
  • Herramientas Digitales Avanzadas: Manejo experto de Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Miro, Figma y Power BI para gestión, colaboración y análisis de datos

Sueldo: $110, $150,000.00 al mes
