We are thrilled to announce an opportunity as:

Microsoft Licensing Specialist

SoftwareOne

Scope: Full-time | Software & Cloud Marketplace Delivery | Location: MX City

This role is hard-working and focused about internal and external customer service and support.

How a Day-To-Day would look like in this role:

  • Quotations: Request quotes and ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle a high volume of vendor cases.
  • Organize cases and follow up with internal clients (AMS, Presales) and external vendors.
  • Maintain up-to-date brand knowledge.
  • Manage vendor relationship.
What we need to see from you
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related field .  
  • Understanding of the end-to-end process of vendor management, from request to case closure.
  • Advanced  English is a must (B2+).
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
  • Committed to process and SLA compliance. 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and licensing.
  • Experience in Customer - facing roles.
