You Are:

Job Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience as HR manager
  • Experience in IT companies
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies job duties working conditions wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
  • Must have deep knowledge on the Business and functional aspects of the processes being implemented
  • Relevant HRC1 certification
  • Expertise in HR policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of hiring processes
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits packages
  • Experience with performance management procedures
  • Clear perspective of functional and organizational objectives while designing and delivering efficient systems and processes.
  • Domain knowledge in one or more areas of HR specialization.
