Finance team:

We are looking for our next Treasury Back Office Analyst to join our growing team and reinforce operational workflows as we are transforming into a banking institution.

Challenges that await you:

  • Contribute to the transformation of corporate Treasury Back Office operations into workflows of a banking institution.
  • Oversee end-to-end domestic and cross-border payment processing, manage confirmation and settlement of financial market transactions.
  • Execute and manage daily Treasury operations, including reconciling bank accounts, managing cash positions, and preparing cash activity reports.
  • Act as subject matter expert in Back Office processes, establish and maintain a robust system of checks and controls for operational risk management and compliance with Banxico and CNBV regulations.
  • Ensure all documents submitted for onboarding and for Counterparty Due Diligence are in line with internal policies.
  • Contribute to the creation and testing of new Treasury products involving payments, FX, and liquidity flows.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Fluent/advanced in English, with strong communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a bank Treasury Back Office role in Mexico, with a deep understanding of banking operations.
  • Expertise in payment and settlement infrastructure, such as SIAC, SPEI, SPID, INDEVAL, SECOBAN and SWIFT.
  • Practical skills of end-to-end processing of client payments and bank financial market transactions (implementing internal risk controls, confirmation, settlement, accounting input)
  • Experience with payment infrastructure integration, Back Office automation, including Treasury Management Systems (TMS) solutions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Treasury – related regulatory reports and reporting requirements from CNBV and Banxico.
