Planner de Producción

Objetivo del Puesto:

Asegurar la planeación eficiente de la producción garantizando la disponibilidad de materiales, producto terminado y recursos para cumplir con los requerimientos del cliente en tiempo, cantidad y calidad, optimizando los inventarios y la utilización de la capacidad instalada.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

  • Elaborar el programa de producción con base en la demanda, capacidad de planta y disponibilidad de materiales.
  • Coordinar con el área de ventas, ingeniería, producción y logística la secuencia, priorización de pedidos, fabricación de entregas, así como estatus de las entregas.
  • Determinar la mano de obra, equipos y materia prima que se necesita la demanda de producción.
  • Definir planes de tiempo extra semanalmente y enviar a las áreas correspondientes.
  • Programar pedidos de producción y programar turnos en sistema en base a los requisitos de los clientes.
  • Control de flujo de producto (MP, WIP y PT) entre producción, almacén y logística.
  • Administrar los niveles de inventario de hojas STD, INV y MP relacionada con proyectos de puntos de re orden (Kanban).
  • Administración y control de documentos de Planeación.
  • Seguimiento a indicadores SQDC y estratégicos.
  • Monitorear y analizar indicadores de desempeño (Eficiencia, desperdicio, tiempos muertos, paros)
  • Garantizar que las operaciones que requieren los clientes o clientes internos se realicen eficientemente.
  • Establecimiento de métricos para el departamento, medición y análisis de cumplimiento de metas.
  • Participar activamente en el proceso de Estrategia con Dirección.

Conocimientos y habilidades requeridos:

  • Manejo intermedio de SAP
  • Manejo avanzado Ofimática general (Excel, Word, PPT,)
  • Conocimiento intermedio en ISO 9001:2015
  • Conocimiento de Dr.Corr
  • Conocimiento de AutoCAD.
  • Conocimiento intermedio de PowerBi.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Core Tools.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en técnicas en solución de problemas.

  • Horario de Lunes a Jueves de 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Viernes 8:00 a.m. - 05:00 p.m. Sábado y Domingo: Descanso
