Estamos en búsqueda de Ejecutivo de Operaciones Freight Forwarder.

Objetivo de la posición.

Administrar las operaciones del área de Freight Forwarder a nivel nacional, mediante el seguimiento a gastos, anticipos, provisiones y garantías, para su correcta transmisión en tiempo y forma al equipo de Admón. Internacional.

Funciones o actividades del puesto.

Administrar la operación del área de Freight Forwarder.

Dar seguimiento en tiempo real a las cargas y unidades en tránsito

Administrar los gastos generados en el área: facturación, anticipos, garantías y provisiones para su correcta retransmisión al área administrativa.

Apoyar en la coordinación y control de las operaciones terrestres.

Realizar las transmisiones de carga ante el SAT.

Analizar información de proveedores.

Elaborar backups en el sistema.

Requerimientos.

Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Relaciones Internacionales, afín.

Inglés avanzado.

Experiencia en comercio exterior, logística internacional, Red Internacional de Agentes de Carga.

Que tenemos para ti.

Sueldo base mensual, pagos quincenales.

Compensación variable (bonos de productividad mensual).

Prestaciones superiores a las de ley (Vales de despensa, Fondo de ahorro, Caja de ahorro, Seguro de vida)

Lugar de trabajo: Azcapotzalco, CDMX.

Horario: 11pm a 7 am, Martes a Sabado
