A BTP Integration Consultant plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform. With hands-on experience and growing expertise, this role supports both technical execution and strategic planning of integration landscapes across cloud and on-premise systems.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of SAP Integration Suite components and architecture.
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, OData, and file-based integrations.
  • Proficiency in XML, JSON, and Groovy scripting.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid integration scenarios.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integration flows using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management).
  • Collaborate with business analysts and senior consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Configure and manage APIs, adapters, and connectors for hybrid environments.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes and optimize performance.
  • Contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Stay updated with SAP BTP features and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

In addition to expertise in BTP Integration Suite, the candidate must have the following:

  • 2–4 years of experience in SAP integration projects.
  • Git, Postman
  • Basic exposure to CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Programming experience across processes in various industries
  • Participation in migration projects from PO to BTP IS is desirable
