About the Role

We are seeking a
Document Processing Coordinator
to join our Operations team. In this role, you will manage, review, and route documents received via our fax server to the correct recipients. Your ability to analyze information quickly and follow established procedures will ensure that documents—especially time-sensitive ones—are processed accurately and efficiently.

This is a hybrid position based in Monterrey and requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay logged into the fax server during working hours to ensure timely document intake.
  • Review and analyze incoming documents to determine proper routing.
  • Follow Pediatric Associates Document Manager routing procedures and process documents within expected timelines.
  • Coordinate with office staff via email or phone when signatures or additional steps are required.
  • Identify urgent or time-sensitive documents and take immediate action.
  • Meet established quality and productivity standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • No direct experience required; call center, data entry, back office, or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize and categorize high volumes of diverse documents (e.g., medical records, lab results, consultation notes, prescription refills, physician orders).
  • Clear and professional communication skills via email and phone.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs may be needed.
  • Proficiency with computers; ability to type at least 35 WPM.
