Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of content creation, ensuring all content is aligned with our brand, goals, and audience needs.
  • Streamline and improve content production processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with content creators, designers, product teams, and marketing to ensure content is consistent across all channels (web, social media, email, etc.).
  • Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content for campaigns and promotions.
  • Track content performance through analytics and insights, providing recommendations to optimize engagement and effectiveness.
  • Review and ensure content is of high quality, adhering to brand guidelines, tone, and style.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in content operations, content management, or a similar role. Experience in digital marketing or media is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. Familiar with content management systems (CMS), content scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to review and edit content to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience using data to inform content decisions and improve performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
