Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to join a long-term project.
This opportunity is open only to candidates for Mexicans who are interested in working on scalable, cloud-native applications with distributed and international teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Java (8 or above)
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with REST APIs
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with DevOps practices
- Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
- Experience working with Agile / Scrum
- Previous experience in nearshore or international projects
- Good English communication skills
- Interest in mentoring or technical leadership
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: $ $56.35 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
