Job Summary:

The Full Stack Engineer with AI Co-Development Experience will contribute to building and enhancing applications on top this project's Maverick Platform. This role requires strong end-to-end development skills combined with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development workflows, while also providing an external perspective to identify UX gaps, workflow issues, and opportunities for improved automation and developer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Design, build, and maintain full stack applications including front-end, back-end, and database layers. Develop applications that integrate with Maverick's agentic pipelines and workflows. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality. Evaluate user experience, developer flows, and system usability to identify gaps, friction points, and missing automation. Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to propose and implement UX and workflow improvements. Support integration with CI/CD pipelines and automated code delivery processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong experience in full stack development across modern front-end and back-end technologies. Solid understanding of database design and data modeling. Experience working with AI-assisted or AI-augmented development workflows. Ability to think critically about user and developer experience and provide constructive feedback. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Role-specific Requirements:

Hands-on experience building applications that consume or extend agentic or automated pipelines. Familiarity with LangGraph or similar workflow and orchestration frameworks. Understanding of agent-to-agent communication concepts. Ability to work with cloud-native systems and containerized applications. Experience integrating with source control, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.

Technologies:

Front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar), back-end technologies , Python, Java, or equivalent), relational and/or NoSQL databases, LangGraph, LLM-based systems (Gemini or equivalent), MCP (Model Context Protocol), Kubernetes, Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, security and quality tools such as Blackduck and Fortify.

Skillset Competencies:

Full stack application architecture, AI-assisted development, UX and developer experience evaluation, workflow automation, cloud-native development, collaboration and problem-solving.
