We're looking for a versatile Web & General Designer to join our team. In this role, you will primarily focus on web projects and experiments while also supporting a variety of other design needs across other channels. You'll be a key player in supporting product launches, contributing to our design system, and assisting with growth initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for a designer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys tackling a wide range of creative challenges, from digital campaigns to web experiments.

Responsibilities:

• Support design for various growth and web pods as a flexible resource.
• Assist with design for P2 web projects and experiments, ensuring consistency and a great user experience.
• Collaborate on product launches by preparing and executing design assets.
• Contribute to our design system, helping to maintain and evolve our design language.
• Create compelling visuals for growth initiatives, including social media campaigns and other marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a mix of web and general design work.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Experience with or a strong interest in UI/UX and conversion optimization.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects at once.
• A solid understanding of design principles for both digital and general applications.
