Job Summary
We are seeking 3 Business Analysts (BAs) with 1–4 years of experience, based in Mexico City, to support business analysis activities with retail and e-commerce background.
These BAs will join at client and work closely with product owners, technology teams, and external BAs.
Key Responsibilities
• Support BA activities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Work closely with product, development, QA, and operations teams
• Support system testing, UAT, and validation activities
• Maintain requirement traceability, process flows, and documentation
• Coordinate with external BAs during transition and provide functional support
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and continuity of operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 1–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Experience with retail systems
• Hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English
• Must be based in Mexico City and available for inshore collaboration
• Experience in omnichannel retail environments
• Knowledge of payment flows or payment gateway integrations
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Experience working with large corporate retail IT teams
