About the job

Determine and implement test automation strategies to reduce production errors, enhance customer reliability, and optimize operational efficiency. Coordinate frameworks, tools, and processes to design, automate, execute, and maintain tests that ensure functional and non-functional quality, resilience, performance, and scalability of our solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate testing cells to execute functional and non-functional tests (End-to-End, performance, load, contract/API, regression, exploratory, resilience, security).
  • Define Automated Testing, Continuous Testing, and TestOps frameworks.
  • Certify the quality, performance, scalability, and resilience of WalMex solutions.
  • Implement and improve testing frameworks/procedures with a focus on best practices.
  • Provide feedback to architecture and development teams to create more testable solutions.
  • Implement advanced automation techniques and AI tools to optimize testing processes.
  • Coordinate participation in post-mortem analyses.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
