Hi everyone
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Five9 Engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing complex contact center workflows, IVRs, and scripting for multi-site deployments.
• Design, implement, and optimize large-scale Five9 workflows, including custom IVRs and scripts tailored to unique business requirements.
• Lead the technical deployment of multi-contact center systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Maintain compliance with E911 regulations while implementing solutions for emergency response systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Five9 platform performance or configuration.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers, sharing best practices and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Proven track record of successful implementations for multi-contact center deployments.
• Strong knowledge of E911 emergency response systems. Experience working with RedSky would be a plus
• Hands-on experience with system integrations (e.g., CRM platforms, third-party APIs).
• Familiarity with VoIP, SIP protocols, and telecommunications systems.
English is a must
remote position for México and LATAM countries
