The
Business Intelligence Analyst
will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights to support decision-making in the automotive industry. This position will focus on analyzing sales, aftersales, supply chain, and customer data, creating dashboards and reports that drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data from multiple sources (sales, aftersales, supply chain, CRM, ERP/SAP).
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using
    Power BI, Tableau, or simillar.
  • Monitor and track KPIs across sales performance, vehicle inventory, aftersales services, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, marketing, finance) to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Support forecasting models to improve demand planning, sales strategies, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems and reporting tools.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering, Business, Data Science, Economics, or related field
    .
  • MAXIMUM 2–4 years of experience
    in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or similar roles (preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry).
  • Proficiency in
    SQL, Excel (advanced), and BI tools
    such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • English: A
    dvanced Proficiency.
