Medical Retention Specialist - Confie Tijuana

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Identify and address customer concerns promptly to prevent cancellations and improve retention rates.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Sunshine Life & Health, ensuring clear communication and support.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and promote continued engagement with our medical services.

Requirements:

  • Provide a well-structured and professional resume in English, highlighting relevant experience, skills, and achievements.
  • Proven experience in customer service, highly regarded if acquired in a call center setting,
  • Strong English skills (B2 level or higher),
  • Basic computer knowledge, and
  • Full-time availability.

You must be available to work any day of the week (you'll have scheduled days off, of course).

You also need to have valid Mexican documents to be eligible for employment.
