entertainment and sports experience industry
, is looking for a
Business Intelligence Coordinator
to join their team and grow alongside the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a
junior to mid-level BI professional
who wants hands-on exposure, close collaboration with leadership, and real impact from day one.

Your mission

Transform data into
clear, actionable business insights
by building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and supporting strategic decision-making for the CEO and leadership team.

You will help connect data with strategy, operations, and customer experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll be working on

  • Build and maintain
    business-focused dashboards
    for leadership.
  • Track and monitor
    key performance indicators (KPIs)
    .
  • Analyze data to uncover
    patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    .
  • Prepare
    clear, visual reports
    that support executive decisions.
  • Support the CEO and leadership team with timely, relevant insights.
  • Help automate reporting and analysis processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Tech teams.
  • Contribute to building a
    data-driven mindset
    across the organization.
  • Participate in the development of new metrics as the business grows.

What we're looking for

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Certifications or additional training in
    Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
    are a plus.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in
    Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles
    .
  • Exposure to working with business or leadership stakeholders is valued.

Language

  • Advanced English.

Technical skills

  • Python for data analysis and automation.
  • SQL (intermediate to advanced).
  • Experience with BI tools such as
    Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase
    , or similar.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of:

  • Data modeling
  • ETL processes
  • KPI definition
  • Data quality best practices
  • Nice to have: familiarity with
    cloud environments
    or modern databases.

Work model

  • Hybrid schedule (2–3 days on-site).
  • Flexible hours, focused on outcomes.

Compensation & benefits

  • Monthly gross salary:
    MXN $40,000 – $50,000
    .
  • Professional services scheme (

    ) with contract and seniority accrual.
  • Annual performance bonus
    (up to one month's salary).
