Ensure the control, organization, and efficient operation of the warehouse, guaranteeing the correct management of inventories, compliance with entry and exit processes, and the effective coordination of personnel to maintain a continuous and reliable flow of materials and products.
JOB DESCRIPTION- Opening and closing the warehouse.
- Receiving, registering and arranging merchandise.
- Assortment and dispatch of materials.
- Inventory control and system updates.
- Supervision of internal and external personnel.
- Review of losses, discrepancies and preparation of reports.
- Maintain order, cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordination with purchasing, logistics and production for material flow.
- High school diploma (preferably Technical/TSU in Logistics or related field).
- 3+ years of experience in warehousing and inventory management.
- Previous experience supervising staff.
- Warehouse management / ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control, incoming/outgoing goods, and safety regulations.
- Availability for opening/closing hours.
- Organized, responsible profile with operational leadership.
