Data Analyst / Planning Operations
About the Role
We're looking for a Data Analyst to support Planning Operations and drive data-based decision-making across LATAM. The role involves analytics, S&OP support, and cross-functional collaboration to improve business performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs reports using Looker or Power BI.
- Support S&OP and risk scenario planning for the LATAM region.
- Drive process improvement and cross-functional collaboration (IM, MP, Merch, Supply).
- Participate in regional/global projects to implement new tools and systems.
About You
- Bachelor's in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field (Master's a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in analytics or planning (retail/fashion a plus).
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI from scratch, Looker).
- Experience with Looker is mandatory.
- 3+ years of experience in extracting and manipulating large data sets from various relational databases using SQL (Google BigQuery, MS SQL, dbt).
- Knowledge of Python or R preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
Based in Mexico (Hybrid)
