What You'll Do

  • Coordinate all aspects of the survey data collection process

  • Communicate clearly and frequently to share updates, provide direction, and align stakeholders and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams and data collection vendors across Latin America and potentially other regions

  • Collaborative partners who build strong working relationships across cultures, time zones and personalities
  • Curious professionals who are eager to learn and use modern technology platforms for survey administration
  • Resourceful problem solvers who spot gaps, take accountability for discrepancies and work to resolve issues quickly

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
  • At least five years of experience in survey research or a related multi-country context required
  • Mastery of Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word required
  • Proficiency with statistical and data management software such as R or Python required
  • Fluency in Spanish and English required; basic knowledge of Portuguese a plus
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Mexico City office at least three days a week required
