Job Description

Como DBE Internal Communication Consultant, serás responsable de impulsar y desplegar estrategias de mejora continua que fortalezcan una cultura laboral saludable, sostenible y alineada a nuestra visión organizacional. Tu misión será empoderar a los equipos a través de iniciativas que inspiren, conecten y potencien su experiencia dentro de la organización.

Liderarás el diseño y la ejecución de campañas de comunicación internas innovadoras, utilizando medios creativos y efectivos que amplifiquen mensajes clave, impulsen el engagement y refuercen la transformación cultural. Colaborarás con diferentes áreas para asegurar que cada acción responda a los requerimientos del negocio, fortaleciendo la claridad, cohesión y consistencia en la comunicación interna.

Qualifications

  • Comunicación interna estratégica – Diseño y ejecución de campañas internas alineadas con la cultura organizacional.
  • Gestión de canales digitales – Manejo de intranet, newsletters, Teams, Slack, Yammer y otras plataformas colaborativas.
  • Redacción y edición profesional – Creación de contenido claro, persuasivo y adaptado a distintos públicos.
  • Gestión de proyectos – Coordinación de iniciativas internas con múltiples stakeholders, cumpliendo plazos y objetivos.
  • Diversity, Belonging & Equity (DBE) – Integración de principios de diversidad, inclusión y pertenencia en la comunicación interna.
  • Análisis de métricas y reporting – Evaluación de impacto y engagement de campañas internas usando datos.
  • Inglés avanzado – Comunicación fluida y profesional con audiencias internas y externas internacionales.
  • Technical skills – Manejo de herramientas de comunicación y diseño: PowerPoint avanzado, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, plataformas de colaboración y gestión de contenido.
  • Creatividad e innovación – Desarrollo de contenido atractivo y dinámico para diferentes formatos y audiencias.
  • Adaptabilidad y soft skills clave – Empatía, influencia, resiliencia y capacidad para manejar cambios organizacionales.
