Job Summary
As a Lead Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing innovative solutions using Ignition Full Stack technologies. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust software solutions using Ignition Full Stack technologies to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and implementing best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth operation of software applications.
• Optimize software performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient algorithms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of software projects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support software development and maintenance activities.
• Engage in regular communication with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Ignition Full Stack development demonstrating a strong understanding of its components and capabilities.
• Have a solid background in software development with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the industry.
• Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
• Experience in Kinaxis domain is a plus providing valuable insights into supply chain management solutions.
