SMT Quality Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• WOR & MOR results reporting.
• Follow-up on internal audit findings.
• Coordination and notification of customer visits/audits.
• Equipment validation assurance.
• Follow-up on supplier reports and evaluation of corrective actions.
• Ensuring the launch of new products in all stages, including ISIR.
• Review of the internal audit program and management review.
• Quality approval of new raw materials for the plant.
• Follow-up and coordination of customer complaint analysis, containments, and applicable sorting activities.
• Focus on management points according to IATF16949.

Job requirements:

• Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical or related.
• Advanced English.
• 5 years of experience in Automotive manufacturing areas.
• Knowledge of Quality in SMT manufacturing process.
• Proficient in Quality Manual knowledge, Core Tools, Risk Analysis, IATF Lead Auditor, customer-specific requirements, CQI-17, ESD.
• Personnel management, initiative, coordination, and leadership.
