Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Puerto Vallarta, JAL. The Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and processing invoices and payments. Additional duties include supporting budgeting processes, ensuring compliance with local financial regulations, and assisting in audits. The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple financial tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or corporate accounting, preferably in the food & beverage or retail industry.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reconciliations, financial reporting).
  • Proficient in Compaq Accounting software (mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of cash management and operational control.
