The Product Operations team is a high-impact, fast-paced team that plays a key role in designing and implementing product based solutions to improve operational efficiency and growth. 

As part of this team you'll identify opportunities and execute strategies for growth focused projects. You'll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, business strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders specially from the product team. The perfect candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong data driven mentallity who brings innovative ideas for building useful solutions.

• Data analysis to provide insights and identify growth opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and trackers to provide visibility of implemented strategies
• Redesign strategies and create forecasts for a more efficient operation
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Support in the implementation of new strategies and pilot evaluations

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in both SQL and Excel
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Strong collaborations skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-funcional teams
