Supervisión de actividades de representantes dentro de las tiendas asignadas a su territorio

Administración del territorio con el objetivo de impulsar las ventas, fomentar relaciones con los tomadores de decisiones clave y asegurarse que las estrategias de la empresa se implementen de manera efectiva en su territorio

Gestión de ventas, planificación estratégica, supervisión del equipo asignado, desarrollo de negocios, seguimiento al desempeño, reportes generales y seguimiento de inventario

Análisis de mercadeo y de la competencia, análisis de las tendencias de ventas , capacitación, motivación y coaching del equipo de ventas

Contar con Autonomía, proactividad, adaptabilidad y liderazgo.

Job Description
Gestión de Ventas

  • Supervisar y coordinar actividades de ventas en su territorio, identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio
  • Fortalecimiento de relaciones con tomadores de decisiones clave dentro de tienda
  • Planificación estratégica , definiendo estrategias de venta adaptadas al mercado de la tiendas, analizando datos y los objetivos corporativos
  • Planificación e implementación de eventos en dias clave que apoyen al incremento de ventas

Supervisión equipo de ventas

  • Realizar un plan de visitas para poder asistir a cada una de las tiendas que tiene asignadas
  • Realizar revisión del servicio de tienda y acciones clave realizadas por el equipo, así como el seguimiento de inventario e implementaciones
  • Motivación de equipo para realizar nuevas implementaciones de mercadeo y dominación de los espacios
  • Seguimiento a la capacitación y desarrollo de equipo de representantes
  • Reuniones con tomadores de decisiones clave mostrando números de venta y trabajar en conjunto con THD áreas de oportunidad detectadas

Capacitación y Coaching

  • Identificar oportunidades de formación y desarrollo para sus equipo
  • Entender el conocimiento que tiene el representante de los productos, estrategias y trabajar con ellos como aplicar mejores prácticas en tienda
  • Trabajar en el cocimiento y entendimiento de los objetivos de la empresa de cada uno de los representantes y como poder ayudarlo a alcanzar metas

Reuniones TDC THD

  • Establecer relaciones Comerciales solidas con cada uno de los tomadores de decisiones Clave dentro de THD
  • Trabajar en entender los objetivos y necesidades de cada una de las tiendas y regiones dentro de THD
  • Identificar prioridades y presentar propuesta de valor que ayuden al crecimiento y desarrollo del territorio
  • Realizar presentaciones con los números de venta de Tienda o Región para mostrar la importancia del desplazamiento de los productos de TTI
