Objetivo del puesto: 

Serás responsable de diseñar e implementar la estrategia de IA en la compañía, enfocada 100% en eficiencia operativa interna. Desde operaciones y finanzas hasta marketing y desarrollo, tu rol será identificar cuellos de botella, construir soluciones y asegurar que la IA se convierta en un músculo transversal de la compañía. 



Responsabilidades:

  • Explorar y evaluar herramientas de IA (LLMs, APIs, RPA, low-code/no-code) para mantenernos siempre un paso adelante. 
  • Detectar oportunidades de automatización en áreas clave: operaciones, finanzas, compras, marketing, desarrollo y otras áreas del negocio. 
  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones: desde prototipos rápidos hasta despliegues a escala, siempre con métricas claras de impacto. 
  • Traducir IA en impacto real: explicar, evangelizar y capacitar a equipos no técnicos para que adopten las soluciones. 
  • Medir y mejorar continuamente los procesos implementados.



Requerimientos:

  • Curiosidad y mentalidad experimental: disfrutas aprender nuevas herramientas y probar enfoques innovadores. 
  • Experiencia de 2-3 años en proyectos de automatización, IA o análisis de datos.
  • Experiencia como software engineer o desarrollador (indispensable)
  • Automatización: n8n, Zapier, Make, UiPath, Automation Anywhere.
  • IA y LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face. 
  • Datos y análisis: Python (Pandas, NumPy), SQL, BigQuery, Tableau.  
  • No-code/low-code: Airtable, Notion, Retool. 
  • Integraciones: APIs REST, Webhooks. 
  • Capacidad para prototipar y ejecutar rápido, pero también para pensar en la estrategia a mediano plazo. 
  • Creación de producto para automatización de proceso (Ejemplo: Chatbot)
  • Habilidad de comunicación: explicar lo técnico de forma clara y accionable. 
  • Inglés de trabajo (documentación, APIs, comunidad tech) y español fluido (comunicación interna).

Beneficios 

Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm 

Modalidad: Tiempo completo, Hibrido en Guadalajara (3 días en oficina-2 home office), 100% nómina 

Sueldo: $50,000 MXN brutos mensuales
