Responsibilities:

  • Market Insights & Product Strategy

  • Conduct comprehensive research on Mexico's NEV/EV market, including competitors pricing structures, user behavior, and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop localized product strategies and key value propositions for Mexico.
  • Build Go-to-Market (GTM) plans and align with HQ product teams.

2.Product Lifecycle Management

  • Manage product lifecycle from introduction to end-of-life for each model.
  • Provide pricing strategy recommendations based on market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the distributor and sales teams to monitor market performance.

3.Localization & Content Management

  • Localize product messaging, USP storytelling, and key communication points.
  • Review product brochures, specifications, digital content, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy.

4.Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with HQ product/brand teams, distributor partners, and local sales channels.
  • Support launch readiness across marketing, dealer network, and customer experience teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Automotive Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
  • 3–7 years of experience in the automotive industry (preferred: New Energy Vehicles / Product Management / Product Marketing).
  • Familiarity with the Mexican or Latin American automotive market is preferred.
  • Experience with multinational automakers/new energy vehicle companies is preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish; knowledge of English or Chinese is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate across cultural boundaries; experience in liaising with headquarters and dealerships.
