Responsible for the design, development, modification, debugging and/or maintenance of software systems. Works on specific modules, applications or technologies, and deals with sophisticated assignments during the software development process.

• Be accountable for and own specific modules within an application and provide technical support and guidance during solution design for new requirements, problem resolution for critical / complex issues while ensuring code is maintainable, scalable and supportable.
• Proven ability to successfully convey the value of strategic ideas to senior level management and across product and customer lifecycle teams
• Visualization SME able to independently produce dashboards and support existing dashboards that drive actionable insights and present to leadership and business users.
• Source and analyze data in disparate databases ( e.g. Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks) using SQL for use in reports and dashboards.
• Advises business partners with regard to insights, patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.
• Strong cross functional collaboration & team player

• Understanding of the business segment, or stakeholders, and the ability to present analysis to various audiences.

• Present demos of the software products to partners and internal/external customers, using technical knowledge to influence the direction and evolution of the product/solution.

• Bring continuous improvements/efficiencies to dashboards and analytics by utilizing software tools and various innovative techniques, and reusing existing solutions. By means of automation, reduces time to response, and simplifies the client and end-user experience.
  Represent Amdocs in discussions related to dashboard development, by establishing great relationships with internal and external customers/partners

• Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent and 7-8 years' experience as a software engineer or a software support engineer.
• Awareness of programming concepts in at least one data programming language.
• 5+ Years of Power BI development experience
• 2+ Years of Power Automate development experience
• 3+ Years of SQL ( Oracle OR Databricks OR Snowflake ) experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with data science, DevOps engineering, financial analysis, and project management a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  Current or past experience with Oracle or Snowflake or Databricks using SQL for use in reports and dashboards
