About the Role

IDC, the global leader in market intelligence and consulting for the technology sector, is seeking a Consulting Manager
to join its team in Mexico. This position plays a key role in managing research and consulting projects focused on the IT market, ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of projects to clients in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously using waterfall methodologies, with a strong focus on on-time delivery and quality standards.
  • Coordinate repetitive and structured activities to ensure accuracy and consistency in execution.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain constant and effective communication with U.S.-based teams and leadership.
  • Ensure that each project is delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.

Requirements

  • Advanced/Fluent English (C1 or above) mandatory, as daily communication with teams and clients in the U.S. will be conducted in English.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing multiple projects using the waterfall methodology (CASCADA), with strong delivery and deadline orientation.
  • Ability to work in structured environments with repetitive activities.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Availability for a hybrid schedule (23 times per week in the office).
