Role Overview

We're looking for a seasoned Full-Stack AI Developer to join our team and take ownership of multiple upcoming AI initiatives. You'll transform concepts into fully deployed solutions, working primarily with data from SQL Server, SharePoint, and Microsoft Data Factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to integrate AI capabilities into workflows and deliver new products, features, and improvements.
  • Lead AI development projects end-to-end — from concept to deployable solution.
  • Integrate large language models (LLMs) and other AI services via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
  • Utilize Python and associated AI toolsets to design, develop, and deploy solutions.
  • Build and maintain ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and inference.
  • Develop robust, scalable server-side applications and RESTful APIs (microservices).
  • Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and system architecture for performance, security, and scale.
  • Manage deployment pipelines with GitHub, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and relevant hosting environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a proven track record of production-ready solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
  • Strong database knowledge (SQL Server) and data modelling skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices (testing, version control, agile).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to adapt and prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work East Coast or Central U.S. hours with strong English communication skills (minimum 85% proficiency).
