Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
QA Team Lead
to manage and mentor a team of QA Analysts testing software integrated with hardware devices such as washers and dryers. The role will oversee QA processes and ensure high-quality software releases. Onsite training in the US will be provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts, providing guidance on test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain QA processes, test strategies, and best practices for hardware-software integrated systems.
  • Review and validate test plans, test cases, and bug reports from the QA team.
  • Coordinate integration testing between software and hardware devices.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain software quality standards.
  • Conduct occasional onsite training in the US.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.

Must haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with strong academic performance.
  • 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in leadership, team lead or senior QA role.
  • Strong knowledge of QA principles, test case development, defect tracking, and manual testing.
  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL, and basic reporting tools.
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and similar QA/testing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Excellent English communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to teach, mentor, and develop team members effectively.
  • Must have a
    valid visa to travel to the United States
    .

Nice to haves:

  • Experience leading teams testing software integrated with hardware or IoT devices preferred.
  • Knowledge of embedded systems, IoT devices, or networked hardware-software integration.
  • Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (Python, Java, C#).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
