El Administrador de Entrenamiento de Operaciones estará ubicado en Guadalajara Norte. Área de Diagnóstico

Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:

  • Desarrollar material de capacitación para el área de Diagnóstico y Análisis de Falla
  • Responsable de entrenar diagnósticos para Flex Gdl
  • Respaldar los requisitos de capacitación de las organizaciones Flex Gdl
  • Crear nuevos informes y métricos para el área
  • Certificar y/o recertificar la competencia profesional
  • Validar la efectividad del a capacitación a través del proceso de auditoría
  • Registrar y monitorear datos de entrenamientos

Habilidades indispensables para el rol

  • Carrera Técnica con especialidad en Electrónica o Ingeniería afín.
  • Experiencia previa como Diagnóstico.
  • Experiencia con Fuentes Conmutadas y Protocolos de Comunicación
  •  Manejo de office intermedio
  •  Facilidad de palabra
  •  Disponibilidad de horario T2
