You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Coordinate and initiate customer and employee master data changes for sales including processing of data.
  • Support the implementation of organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes.
  • Support the revision/development of relevant sales policies and administrative processes including the provision in suitable media.
  • Test for system implementation and system changes working closely with sales as well as various internal departments and external service providers.
  • Identify and implement master data simplification opportunities.

  • Basic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel)

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) del modelo RTM, generando reportes periódicos y alertas oportunas sobre desviaciones (indicadores en rojo) al area de ventas.
  • Administrar y mantener bases de datos maestros de clientes y empleados en los sistemas de ventas, incluyendo altas, bajas, modificaciones y validación de información facturable.
  • Dar seguimiento y solución a errores operativos de base de y errores de facturación, así como a altas facturables (asegurando la correcta ejecución en los sistemas PEGA)
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a herramientas de trabajo (teléfonos e impresoras del área de auto venta) mediante tickets de soporte, así como el control de inventarios de dichos equipos.

  • Coordinar el trabajo con el equipo de analistas de Centros de Venta, asegurando el seguimiento de reportes locales y la correcta estandarización de la información.

  • Brindar apoyo en proyectos de reestructuras y balanceos de rutas, incluyendo el análisis de cobertura, carga de trabajo y eficiencia operativa.

  • Elaborar y actualizar mapas de rutas y territorios como soporte para proyectos de reestructura, optimización y expansión del modelo RTM.

Requisitos del Puesto

Educación

  • Licenciatura concluida en Administración, Ingeniería (Industrial, Informática, Transporte), Economía, Mercadotecnia o afín.

Experiencia

  • Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente, logística, operaciones o soporte a ventas.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en análisis y gestión de bases de datos.
  • Experiencia en manejo de sistemas de ventas (deseable SAP).
  • Dominio de Excel avanzado.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Análisis e interpretación de bases de datos.
  • Deseable conocimiento en herramientas con componente geográfico o planeación de rutas. (Qgis, Map Info, Qgis)
  • Manejo básico de herramientas BI (Power BI, dashboards).
  • Deseable experiencia en mejora continua o gestión de proyectos.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de ventas en canales tradicionales y multicanal.
