Role
Project Management & Coordination (Manufacturing)

This profile emphasizes leadership in project execution and coordination, supported by strong analytical, planning, and technical skills to ensure successful delivery in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Providing technical expertise and guidance in major manufacturing projects, working with internal/external suppliers to support/improve manufacturing productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Implementing major systems and the coordination of those systems with the total plant.
• Communicating with suppliers to analyze their current or proposed product/process designs to determine feasibility of using existing designs or modifying the designs to improve process and/or product.
• Providing guidance to manufacturing engineers and operators in order to develop high quality products and processes.

Education Required

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Fluent English (Intermediate to Advanced)

Below are some of the most important skills that are required in this position:
Project Management – Extensive Knowledge

• Plans, organizes, and monitors major projects using advanced tools.
• Estimates cost and time; allocates resources effectively.
• Identifies risks and develops contingency plans.
• Conducts project reviews and maintains open communication.
• Establishes reporting, monitoring, and control mechanisms.
• Background in managing manufacturing projects for at least 3 to 5 years is essential.

Capacity Planning & Management – Extensive Knowledge

• Collaborates with R&D for resource and capacity planning.
• Advises on short- and long-term capacity strategies. Evaluates planning tools and translates demand forecasts into requirements
• Previous involvement in capacity planning within manufacturing environments for 3 to 5 years preferred.

Decision Making & Critical Thinking – Working Knowledge

• Applies structured decision-making techniques.
• Collects and organizes relevant data and ideas.
• Documents stakeholders and processes; prioritizes concerns.
• Assists in risk/benefit analysis and alternative evaluation.
• Solid foundation developed through 3 to 5 years in similar technical or engineering roles.

Technical Tools & Engineering

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of CAD tools for design, simulation, and testing.
• Supports engineering problem resolution and specification drafting.
• Adheres to standards and reports unusual issues.
• Hands-on application of these tools in manufacturing projects for 3 to 5 years required.
