Position Summary
Execute and have an accurate record of backlog submitted to customers on regular basis as well as to contribute to increase customers satisfaction survey gathering data from customers. This position will help Sales representatives to increase face time with customers & Application Engineers backup.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Managing backlog of new orders loaded into Epicor.
  • Schedule & held follow up meetings with customers about Orders status.
  • Support Sales Representatives & Application Engineers to follow up RFQs pending for issue to customers.
  • Participate actively on Gemba meetings.

Position Requirements
EDUCATION:

Mechanical Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer.

Female Gender preferred.

CREDENTIALS OR CERTIFICATIONS:

English 75% (able to maintain a business conversation, written communication).

KNOWLEDGE:

Basic knowledge of Pumps (Desirable)

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

Excel, Power Point.
