Banamex Analista de Autorizacion de Crédito Hipotecario

The Credit Maintenance Analyst is an entry level position responsible for capturing and recording data related to credit exposure, obligors and facilities in relevant credit systems in coordination with the Operations - Services team. The overall objective of this role is to maintain data quality in credit systems, monitor credit exposure and adhere to overall credit policies.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming credit requests reviewing for completeness/accuracy, and convert to concise, accurately recorded credit facilities
• Analyze/evaluate credit reports as well as coordinate and follow up on actions plans, implementations, and related defects
• Maintain an executive document to track all request, changes, and action plans performed on credit reports
• Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports and contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings
• Prepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors
• Make evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information
• Resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedence
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience required
• Experience in credit operations or similar position
• Knowledge of the processes, procedures and systems
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Windows domain
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Education:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Funciones

• Análisis y Dictaminacion de créditos Hipotecarios ingresados por sucursal o bien Canales Brockers
• Interpretación de buro de crédito.
• Validación de candados de seguridad de Identificación, comprobantes de domicilio y comprobantes de ingresos tales como son Estados de cuenta, Recibos de nómina, cuestionarios médicos, ingresos
• Interpretación de declaraciones anuales, estados financieros.
• Deteminar la línea de crédito
• Revision de Documentación Etapa 1 Crédito Hipotecario

Requisitos

• Experiencia en Intepretación de Búro de Crédito
• Conocimiento en sistemas internos ADMWIN32, ONDEMAN, PREST, Y BROWSE.
• Experiencia en anaislis de créditos (Ánalisis de ingresos Asalariados, personas físicas y morales, actas constitutivas, interpretacion de testimonios de escrituras
• Experiencia en base de datos
• Experiencia en revisión de documentos
• Experiencia en sistema Cronos
• Habilidades de Capturia/ Analisis de Informacion
• Manejo de paqueteria Offices
• Conocimiento en interpretación de Buro de Crédito, Análisis de ingresos de Asalariados, personas físicas y morales. Experiencia en dictaminación de créditos.
