¿Cuál es el role?

Estamos buscando un Desarrollador de Software Senior con especialidad en backend que pueda ayudar al equipo a implementar buenas prácticas de desarrollo, orientar con problemas técnicos, escalar la solución actual e implementar el monitoreo necesario para asegurar una entrega de calidad y eficiencia.

¿Como es el equipo?

El equipo de Producto e Ingeniería trabaja en el desarrollo de nuestros dos productos estrella: Controles Volumétricos y Sistema de Gestión de Mediciones. Realizando cambios que mejoren la experiencia de los usuarios, la escalabilidad y el funcionamiento general de los sistemas.

¿Como es el día a día?

  • Contribuirás con sistemas relacionados al backend y tecnologías relacionadas (python, SQL)
  • Realizarás revisiones de código a tus de equipo
  • Realizarás pruebas para asegurar la máxima calidad y mínimo riesgo con los cambios efectuados
  • Llevarás a cabo mentorías para asegurar que miembros más junior tengan oportunidad de aprender de tu experiencia.
  • Tomarás requerimientos ambigüos y los transformarás en accionables que tú y el equipo puedan trabajar.
  • Si es necesario propondrás modificaciones al proceso actual de desarrollo y a la infraestructura existente.
  • Motivarás al equipo a "dejar el código en mejores condiciones que las actuales"
  • Documentarás los cambios técnicos realizados y las decisiones realizadas.

- Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años

  • Has ayudado a construir sistemas escalables con adecuados sistemas de monitoreo
  • Eres capaz de transmitir tu conocimiento a roles más junior y no técnicos con empatía
  • Eres accesible a recibir feedback accionable
  • Sabes trabajar en equipo y proveer feedback sobre el trabajo realizado y los procesos
  • Te apasiona entregar código de calidad y organizado.
