Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior UX Product Designer with strong experience designing enterprise desktop software. This role requires a true UX/Product Design hybrid—someone who combines strategic UX thinking with high-quality UI and visual design execution.

The ideal candidate has a proven ability to work closely with product owners, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders, translating complex business and user requirements into intuitive, scalable UX solutions.

Important: Candidates must be able to share a full end-to-end case study of an enterprise software solution, demonstrating their UX process from discovery through final design delivery.Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product owners and SMEs to translate business and user needs into effective UX solutions.
  • Lead UX discovery activities including user research synthesis, persona creation, and journey mapping.
  • Facilitate whiteboard and workshop sessions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Define and interpret UX strategy while maintaining strong attention to design execution and detail.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and design concepts that evolve into polished, development-ready designs.
  • Deliver annotated design artifacts ready for engineering implementation.
  • Apply and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency across a complex product ecosystem.
  • Manage work within defined product timelines and communicate progress proactively.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience (10+ years strongly preferred).
  • Strong background designing enterprise software, particularly desktop-based experiences.
  • Demonstrated strength in both UX strategy and UI/visual design execution.
  • Experience translating UX thinking into concept design, detailed design, and final deliverables.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex or nuanced requirements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in product-driven environments.

  • Outlook – Email and calendar management

  • Experience working within mature design systems.
  • Background supporting products within large, interconnected platforms or ecosystems.
