Opening: BIM Architect (Hospitality Interiors) Location: Mexico City – On-site Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain Revit 3D models ( LOD ******* ) for hospitality interior design projects, including space planning, furniture layouts, finishes, and custom details.

Produce accurate and coordinated construction documentation ready for permitting and construction: plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

Organize and manage Revit models and files, ensuring strict version control, consistency, and compliance with internal and project-specific BIM standards.

Support the development, implementation, and compliance of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

Provide technical guidance and Revit support to architects and interior designers throughout all project phases.

Adapt and apply different BIM standards depending on region, client requirements, and project scope.

Coordinate BIM information with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and buildable deliverables.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

3–5 years of hands-on professional experience working with Revit in an architecture or interior design firm.

Proven experience in residential and hospitality (hotel) projects is mandatory.

Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written); all project documentation and coordination are conducted in English.

Strong portfolio demonstrating Revit modeling, detailing, and construction documentation capabilities.

Solid understanding of interior design principles, construction detailing, and coordination within collaborative project environments.

Advanced Revit proficiency is required; familiarity with rendering tools such as Enscape or Twinmotion is a plus.

Experience using complementary software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vectorworks, Bluebeam) is valued.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in modeling and documentation.

Nice to Have / Preferred Experience working on projects in the U.S., LATAM, or the UAE, including international standards and coordination workflows.

Applied knowledge of IBC and NFPA codes.

Experience handling large-scale and complex BIM models.

Familiarity with sustainable design practices and their integration into BIM workflows.

Experience with project management and file-sharing platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Procore.
