Minimum requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's technology vision and roadmap.

  • Lead engineering, architecture, and development teams.

  • Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance.

  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Collaborate with business units to align technology with corporate strategy.

  • Manage technology budgets and resource allocation.

Minimum Requirements

Hard Skills

Experience in the Area

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields

  • Proven experience as CTO or senior technology leader in mid-to-large organizations.

  • Strong expertise in system architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and agile methodologies.

  • Ability to lead technical teams and foster a culture of innovation.

  • Advanced English (required).

  • Experience in high-scalability environments and digital transformation projects.

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to align the organization around complex technical decisions

Active coach and mentor whose goal is to develop and maximize the team's potential

Proactivity and passion for the client.
