Bilingual Recruiter

Tech Mahindra, a global leader in consulting and technology services, is looking for passionate and result-driver recruiters to help us shape the future of talent acquisition in fast paced, international environment.

What You'll Do

· Proactively source, screen, and shortlist top-tier technical candidates.

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective communication.

· Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other job portals to identify talent.

· Analyze job requirements and assess candidate skills for the best fit.

· Conduct interviews via phone and Microsoft Teams.

· Coordinate final interviews with clients and hiring managers.

· Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

· Maintain accurate trackers and weekly reports.

· Collaborate with international hiring teams to meet global recruitment goals.

What We're Looking For

· 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in call centers posittions.

· Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

· Familiarity with global hiring practices and tools.

· Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
