The
Senior Plant Financial Analyst
will support operations performance tracking, financial planning, and operational finance for Axalta's manufacturing site. This role will be a partner to plant and operations leadership, providing financial insights, managing key projects, and driving continuous improvement in plant performance.
Key Responsabilities
- Lead the monthly closing, reporting, and analysis of plant financial performance
- Partner with operations leadership to analyze production costs, variances, and KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with plant and business objectives.
- Support inventory management, cycle country, and product costing
- Provide financial insights on capital investment projects, productivity initiatives, and cost optimization programs.
- Drive and support cross-functional projects related to operations plant efficiency improvement
- Continuously improve financial reporting, processes, and systems.
- Support digitalization transformation and S4 projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
- 3- 5 years of Finance experience, with Operations Finance or Manufacturing Finance background required.
- Advanced English
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP, SAP systems; knowledge of S4 / HANA, standard costing highly preferred.
