The Billing Specialist will be responsible for contributing to the satisfaction of internal and external customers through billing.

Grow with us- Your Responsibilities & Tasks:

Generate invoices to customers or intercompany invoices in the system, from different sources of request: warehouse, technical service and administration and finance and customer support
Send invoices to customers via email
Generate re-invoicing in the system upon request
Follow up on information needed in the system for proof of delivery of materials
Generate information and KPIs of the invoicing process
Generate invoices of down payments to customers
Prepare documentation for the delivery of materials

What will convince us- Qualification & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration or related career.
1 to 2 years' experience in similar positions, preferably in multinational companies.
Knowledge of Mexican tax regulations on electronic invoicing (CFDI).
Management of ERP systems (SAP preferably).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Effective communication skills and customer orientation.
Desirable: Knowledge of the English language (Intermediate level).
