Job Opportunity – Production Supervisor (Final Assembly Test & Pack – FATP)

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our Final Assembly Test and Pack (FATP) department. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will manage a team of production line leaders, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain a safe and efficient work environment, and drive continuous improvements to achieve the highest product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the FATP department.
  • Manage and mentor a team of production line leaders.
  • Ensure all production targets and schedules are met.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Ensure adherence to quality management systems and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
  • Monitor production data through MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ensure accuracy.

Requirements:

  • High school, vocational certificate, diploma, or equivalent education level
  • 5 years of experience within the electronics industry.
  • Proven experience in managing the FATP process within the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.
